By downloading, installing, or using 21 Sharp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
21 Sharp is an educational application designed to teach blackjack strategy and card counting techniques. The App provides:
- Basic strategy training and quizzes
- Card counting practice drills
- Simulated blackjack gameplay with strategy hints
- Reference materials and guides
Educational Purpose
21 Sharp is strictly an educational tool. The App does not facilitate real gambling and no real money is wagered within the App. The strategies taught are mathematical techniques that users may choose to apply at their own discretion.
We make no guarantees about outcomes in real casino environments. Gambling involves risk, and users should gamble responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock premium features:
- 21 Sharp Premium: One-time purchase ($2.99) for permanent access to all premium features including expert difficulty, speed drills, full shoe practice, unlimited hints, and ad-free experience
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Family Sharing is enabled.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of busyslacker llc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
